Organize access rights
In Samedis.care there are various rights that define which actions an authorized person can perform. These rights depend on the task and area of activity.
This tutorial presents a selection of roles that could be useful for your organization and have already been set up for you in Samedis.care.
1. Standard user
Standard users work with medical devices on a daily basis. To do so, they should have access to their trainings in my.samedis.care (access right: Employee)
2. Medical Device Training Coordinator
Medical Device Training Coordinators are responsible for monitoring the training status of employees assigned to a specific area or department.
3. Human Resources Manager
Human Resources Managers maintain and manage employee data.
This task can be carried out centrally or decentralized through the respective department.
4. Medical Device Data Manager
Medical Device Data Manager(often also medical engineers) maintain and manage all information regarding the medical devices in the facility.
They are responsible for inventory management, monitoring maintenance, and documenting the relevant measures.
Additionally, they can create their own types and categories of devices within an internal catalog of the facility as part of inventory management.
